　　水泥撒布車系列產(chǎn)品擁有獨(dú)立的3路或5路粉料撒布分配系統(tǒng)，每套系統(tǒng)可獨(dú)立工作。撒鋪寬度范圍0.8~2.5米，以0.8米為單位任意調(diào)節(jié)，每套系統(tǒng)每平方米1-40公斤之間任意調(diào)節(jié)，解決了施工粉料重復(fù)覆蓋帶來的浪費(fèi)。

　　參數(shù)項(xiàng)目選定：

　　在“主頁”界面下，當(dāng)按下“撒布”按鈕，進(jìn)入“撒布控制”界面，如下圖一所示；旋轉(zhuǎn)右上角“旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕”選擇需要調(diào)整的參數(shù)項(xiàng)目，選中的項(xiàng)目用“矩形框”圈出，如下圖二所示；下按用于確認(rèn)需要調(diào)整的參數(shù)項(xiàng)目。

　　撒布量數(shù)值設(shè)定：

　　選定“撒布量設(shè)定”參數(shù)項(xiàng)目，旋轉(zhuǎn)右上角“旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕”選擇需要修改的數(shù)值的位置，按下旋鈕確定，此時(shí)該數(shù)值消隱顯示，如下圖三所示；左旋“旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕”變更數(shù)值大?。▊渥ⅲ鹤笮龜?shù)值從0-9循環(huán)變化），下按旋鈕確定。按照上述操作步驟，可以變更數(shù)據(jù)框中任意位置的數(shù)值，無論怎么調(diào)節(jié)，一定要保留中間位置的小數(shù)點(diǎn)；數(shù)值調(diào)好后，按下保存鍵保存，可先返回主頁，再次返回到撒布量數(shù)值設(shè)定頁面確認(rèn)，以避免出現(xiàn)保存不上的情況出現(xiàn)。

No matter how you adjust it, be sure to keep the decimal point in the middle position; After adjusting the values, press the save button to save. You can first return to the homepage and then return to the spreading amount value setting page to confirm, in order to avoid situations where the values cannot be saved.

　　材料密度數(shù)值設(shè)定：

　　選定“材料密度”參數(shù)項(xiàng)目，旋轉(zhuǎn)右上角“旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕”選擇需要修改的數(shù)值的位置，下按旋鈕確定，此時(shí)該數(shù)值消隱顯示，如下圖四所示；左旋“旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕”變更數(shù)值大?。▊渥ⅲ鹤笮龜?shù)值從0-110循環(huán)變化），按下旋鈕確定。按照上述操作步驟，可以變更數(shù)據(jù)框中任意位置的數(shù)值。

　　材料密度的調(diào)整會(huì)影響到稱重報(bào)警，裝料時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際物料比重情況進(jìn)行裝載物料，嚴(yán)禁超負(fù)荷裝載物料。

　　The adjustment of material density will affect the weighing alarm. When loading, the material should be loaded according to the actual proportion of the material, and overloading is strictly prohibited.

　　以SLD390車型為例，如材料密度在“110”的狀態(tài)下車輛重量報(bào)警數(shù)值為18T，將“110”調(diào)節(jié)到“120”，此時(shí)的重量報(bào)警數(shù)值為19.6T(大約值，以實(shí)際為準(zhǔn)）；將“110”調(diào)節(jié)到“90”，此時(shí)的重量報(bào)警數(shù)值為14.8T(大約值，以實(shí)際為準(zhǔn)）。

　　Taking the SLD390 model as an example, if the material density is at "110" and the vehicle weight alarm value is 18T, adjusting "110" to "120" will result in a weight alarm value of 19.6T (approximately, subject to actual conditions); Adjust "110" to "90", and the weight alarm value at this time is 14.8T (approximately, subject to actual value).

　　需要特別注意的一點(diǎn)是，如材料密度數(shù)值調(diào)節(jié)到“100”以下，最前位數(shù)值應(yīng)為“0”，以材料密度:“90”為例，應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)為“090”。
